Project Description:
Construction is complete on a major “top structure” project at Dube TradePort: the new mixed-use commercial building. It is set to officially open during the second quarter of 2025.
Purpose: The seven-story building will house commercial tenants and a range of staff amenities. Its main purpose is to position Dube City as a premier business hub, fostering economic growth and job creation.
Anchor tenant: One of KwaZulu-Natal’s leading business process outsourcing (BPO) service providers will occupy six of the seven floors.
Features and amenities:
Staff support: Training facilities and a 24-hour corporate cafeteria.Meetings and events: The top floor will feature conference and meeting facilities / Visitor’s center: The building will also be home to the Durban Aerotropolis visitors’ centre.
Expansion plans:
The BPO tenant will start with 350 employees and plans to expand to 1,800 once the building is fully occupied.

- Commercial buildings like Iziko@Dube.
- Warehouses for logistics and distribution.
