Project Scope:
The construction of the new Inanda Special School for L-SEN included the development of modern educational facilities designed to support learners with special educational needs. The project encompassed multiple buildings and infrastructure improvements to create a safe, accessible, and fully functional learning environment.

- Fire Wall Installation – Strengthened fire safety measures in compliance with regulations.
- Electrical & Mechanical Design Modifications – Optimised design for efficiency and functionality.
- Client-Requested Internal Adjustments – Modifications implemented from the 2nd to the 7th floor to meet updated requirements.
This project not only delivered a state-of-the-art educational facility but also successfully navigated multiple challenges through strategic planning, resource management, and proactive problem-solving.
