Karl Eggars is a multi-storey building situated in Pietermaritzburg.

It is a department of social development building which is on Langalibalele street in Pietermaritzburg.

The project consists of the repairs and renovations to the existing multi-storey building. The project focuses on the appointment of a multi-disciplinary team, because of the needs of the project which consists of a large team such as: architects , Civil works – Structural and mechanical , Land surveyors , fire engineers and many other professionals within the built environment.

The scope of works to be done:

Repairs and renovations to the building structure , including upgrades to the parking and landscaping.

Repairs to the roof structures, damaged walls and roof replacements.

Upgrades to the existing mechanical and electrical installations to comply with the latest regulations.
