Upon completion, the revitalized facility will house approximately 96 modern office spaces across seven floors, drastically scaling up public service delivery and administrative infrastructure within the uMgungundlovu District.

Engineering & Technical Scope

Scheduled over a meticulous 26-month timeline (March 2026 – April 2028), our professional team is executing an intricate turn-around strategy for this 6-to-10-level upgrade, focusing on:

  • Subterranean & Structural Remediation: Resolving complex, long-standing water ingress and underground water challenges through advanced civil and structural engineering solutions.
  • Core Systems Overhaul: Full roof replacement alongside the comprehensive modernization of mechanical, electrical, and vertical transportation (lift) systems.
  • Architectural Refurbishment: Complete interior spatial re-engineering, including high-traffic office layouts and public ablution facilities.
