New distribution boards and light fittings New smoke detection to be installed CCTV in all common areas linked to security office All existing steel windows to be replaced with Aluminium windows Structural repair to window heads Seal window surrounds with plaster bands All ablution facilities to be revamped. All kitchens are to be revamped New Granite tops to kitchen.
