The Project objective: 
The proposed works comprised the refurbishment of an existing warehousing facility with hard stand, truck loading and unloading areas.

Project Scope:
The brief scope of the project included repairs, upgrades and refurbishments as follows:

• Structural repair to relevant elements (floors, walls, spalling concrete at the underside of slabs, etc.)
• Construction of new surface beds and load bearing structural slabs.
• Construction of new raised dock levellers.
• Repairs to damaged roof sheeting.
• Full refurbishment to stormwater, sewer, electrical, mechanical & fire services.
• Refurbishment/completion of the site’s external works (all hard surfacing, etc).
• Refurbishment of all auxiliary structures on site (fuel storage, bin area, pump room).
• Installation of a new mass storage water tank for fire suppression.
• Installation of a new backup generator.
• Installation of all new fittings (sanware, electrical, mechanical, etc).
• Replacement of all finishes.
