Ukuza Holdings played a key role in the successful delivery of the Sodecia Manufacturing Facility, an advanced automotive component manufacturing plant situated within the Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This project encompassed the construction of multiple specialised facilities designed to meet the stringent operational and safety standards of the automotive manufacturing industry.

- Fire Protection Systems ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Electrical and Structural Steelwork supporting heavy machinery operations
Roofing and Epoxy Flooring for durability and ease of maintenance
