PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT:
The purpose of the project is for the renovations to Steve Biko S-Block (S3 – S10).

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
The renovations to the existing Steve Biko S-Block (S3 -S10) (Steve Biko Campus) are located at the Durban University of Technology, DUT Steve Biko Campus is situated on Cnr Steve Biko Road and Botanic Gardens Road at co-ordinates 29°51’09″S and 31°0’13″E.

PROJECT INITIATION:
UKUZA CONSULTING (PTY) LTD was appointed as the Principal Agent, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for the renovations to existing blocks S-Block (S3 – S10) at Steve Biko Campus.

A professional team of consultants were then appointed to facilitate the design and construction of the project. Tabled below are the firms and roles played by members of the team:
